Christmasprism

Christmasprism has a simple purpose, to document the locations of Christmas light displays. A map shows the locations of the lights, and refreshingly doesn’t immediately demand to know your location, so you may have to scroll to your area. People can submit new locations along with pictures of the lights (so you can see them even if you can’t physically go) and comments. Most locations that have been added are currently around the Philadelphia area, but more are popping up around the US.
Math Racing 2 Pro

Math Racing is a simple cart racing game built around driving and answering math questions. Correct answers give a speed boost, while incorrect answers put on the brakes, letting other cars pass you. Math questions include addition, subtractions, multiplication, division, rounding, place values, less than/greater than, skip counting and more. You can choose the difficulty level or let the game adjust the difficulty as you answer questions. Kids can let the game drive the car and just answer the problems, or jump into the driver’s seat and both race and answer questions by driving through the right answer. This adds time pressure and requires quick thinking as figuring out a complex division problem in time to drive through the right spot can be quite challenging. The graphics are serviceable but don’t expect Mario Kart style images. Fun for young racers. On sale as of this writing.
Pepi Wonder World

Pepi Wonder World, the fantasy dollhouse app, has added a small free location that lets kids play on Santa’s Island. They’ve also added the paid Sky Sailor Village with airships, giants, and pirates. Sky Sailor Village requires a subscription to unlock, but Santa’s Workshop can be accessed for free.
