Ice Cream Truck 2 is a creative play app naturally enough about making ice cream sundaes for cartoon customers. Kids interact with the app by creating ice cream flavors out of fruit, chocolate or even spicy peppers, then add sprinkles, cookies and other decorations. Finally, they get the chance to feed the ice cream to their customers and see their animated reactions (try the pepper ice cream!). Feeding customers earns tokens that unlock more flavors and decorations in the game. The graphics, animations and sounds are all very high quality, and the app is worth a look for creative and playful young kids.
Dr. Seuss Treasury Kids Books

March 2 was Dr. Suess’ birthday and Oceanhouse Media is offering a 30 day free trial (at the time of this writing) on their collection of Dr. Suess books. The treasury contains 55 books, all with high quality narration, including favourites like Green Eggs and Ham and The Cat in the Hat.
