Habla y Lenguaje is a speech and language therapy app for elementary level kids in both Spanish and English. The app covers semantics, pragmatics, syntax and morphology, and articulation. This includes vocabulary, synonyms, answering who, where and why questions, inferences, social conventions, tenses, word order, pronunciation, and much, much more. The app mainly uses a quiz format, with a spoken question, a photographic image as a clue, and several answers from which to choose. The quiz can be configured before starting to make it easier or harder. Articulation is done by recording the child and playing back their speech. The app has a clean and clear design, covers a lot of topics, and unlike many apps covers multiple languages. BubbleBeard: Puzzle Pirate

BubbleBeard is a pirate themed activity game for young children. Kids drag their pirate ship around the screen and tap on screen to knock out targets, find a hidden crab, and collect the treasure. Each treasure chest contains a puzzle from tangrams, to mazes, to memory games and more. Once solved, kids can choose a prize to customize their pirate, pet and ship. The graphics, animations and sound are very polished, and done in a colourful, blocky style. BubbleBeard contains over one hundred levels and activities and can be downloaded to try for free, in an in-app purchase to unlock all content.
