Since the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act was updated in December of 2012, there have been plenty of questions from kids’ app developers about what it all means. Recently, LearnLaunch and the Association for Competitive Technology hosted a webinar with the FTC intended to clear up confusion on the regulations.
