I was tempted to call this post “App Friday: Occupy Apple”, but I just couldn’t bring myself to politicize the heading. After catching up on the news this week, I found it interesting how much momentum the Occupy Movement has amassed nationwide. Every week when we launch this little promotion, it’s kind of like we “Occupy” the App Store. We take our indie apps, wrap them up, and go camp out on the charts for a moment of glory. But alas, I chose the more traditional heading, which intends to get you prepared for the long Thanksgiving weekend. Enjoy these last few moments of sanity before the holiday season is upon us!
Where’s The Party?
The time has come for our weekly fete. Join myself and Tore from Norway as we co-host an hour of exciting app news. The hosted portion will start at 10am PST | 1pm EST on Friday Nov. 18th, and we’ll run through the week’s featured apps. To participate, log into Facebook with your personal profile, go to the event page and click “attend event”, and interact by posting app news or by entering comments along the way. For developers – promote your apps! For participants – grab great deals! Click “F5″ to refresh the page every few minutes so you can see the new posts.
