The App Report moves into its second month. It’s fun seeing all the new family-friendly apps from the Moms With Apps members each week and I hope you’re enjoying it as well.
Diving right in, Tacky the Penguin returns in a new adventure, and Little Lilly debuts in a book by Extra Special Kids. Children can help find Bear, and then help save the planet. uTales brings their publishing platform to the iPhone and iPad, featuring more books than I could possibly list here.
Kids can learn their ABCs, or move up to reading common words in our Education section. They can fly across Europe while learning geography, create their own colors in a dinosaur coloring book, or record their own ‘Doodlecast’ as they draw their own masterpieces.
Puzzle lovers can look to the Games section where they can “deduce a whole picture from a tiny fragment,” or find shortcuts in a maze.
Finally, if you have a child that loves firefighters and fire trucks, 2BME Studios offers up a look inside a fire station.
