App Friday: “Game ON” with Star Walk, iReward, ESL Dictionary, & Time Traveler Tours

Welcome to App Friday, our weekly link exchange of family-friendly apps. This week we have apps for stargazing, behavioral incentives, reference, and travel. I was so excited at last week’s progress from our featured apps on the iTunes store, that today I’d like to pay more attention to their movement over the course of the promotion. As we notice the apps gain momentum on the iTunes store – shout out with a tweet or a post – so we can keep rooting for them. App Friday is a chance for developers to gain exposure in the deep sea of apps. Game ON!

What’s in it for me this App Friday, August 19th?

To Keep in Mind

  • PROMOTIONAL PRICING: Most prices are applicable on Friday August 19th until 8pm US Pacific Time. After the promotion is over, apps revert back to regular pricing on the iTunes App Store, unless the developers choose to extend the promotion beyond Friday.
  • THE IMPORTANCE OF iTUNES REVIEWS: If you are enjoying the apps featured here at App Friday, please consider leaving a review for the developer on the iTunes Store. Reviews mean a lot to the success of an app, and the more independent developers we have, the more content choices parents have for their kids. Thanks for keeping this in mind.
